I was nervous at first. My friends told me the test wouldn’t be accurate. The kit was easy to use and the nurse called me within 48 hours with my results. The nurse was professional, knowledgeable, and very kind. I have recommended these kits on my social media pages to everyone!

Worst experience. Blood collected on 2nd January, results back after 10 days. Rang customer service, instead of apologising they were justifying it’s not their lab. Why then do this service? Don’t trust my results after such long time as don’t know when it reached lab or how it was stored.

The test was easier to use than I made it out to be. I did take it to a UPS store to drop off, which was not terribly inconvenient. The results came in quickly, which I appreciated. Overall, it was an efficient process.

While it can be a challenge to fill the container with a bit of blood (which is mostly a simple learning curve issue), the whole process is smooth and the results fast. I will continue to use LetsGetChecked.
