The test was fine, but buy more lancets ahead of time. The included ones don't poke nearly deep enough. It took me all four lancets, four fingers, and about 50 minutes of smashing my fingers just to reach the bottom line on the tube. I had to send a family member to the store while I was in the middle of drawing my blood because I realized the included lancets wouldn't cut it. After they got lancets and a lancet device I put it on the deepest setting and was able to fill the rest of the tube with a single poke.

I'm a fan of LetsGetChecked. Good prices, nice to feel empowered on my health journey, and great customer support. Unfortunately, if the core product is broken I have to leave a not-great review. My LetsGetChecked thyroid antibody test gave me abnormal results for FT4 and TPEX so I went to my doctor to get a "real" blood test. All my "real" thyroid numbers were in range and differed significantly from LetsGetChecked's results. I would trust the "real" test more because they take more blood and it's from the vein, not capillaries. I want to see LetsGetChecked succeed, but they need to improve accuracy, in my opinion. A good first step would be to take something like 100 customers that are willing to test twice and share data to have the LetsGetChecked numbers next to a "real" lab's blood test numbers so we can see how close they align.

lets get checked in my view use a sharp business practice of time limiting their tests..so if you miss that time you loose all the money in the test. 1st of all there is nothing in the test kit which is age limited and 2nd the expensive part is the lab time and processing and not the kit its self. Other testing companies do not do this . its a cheap trick to mane more money .
