Perhaps for US-based customers where healthcare is expensive, this process works? However, I am slightly horrified that a relatively expensive test (more than it would cost me to visit the doctor to do a full blood panel - which is €30 vs. €79 with this company) and so prone to error as a home testing can be does not offer you even a slight reduction in pricing on a test which comes back invalid. This should be standard as part of the cost. One option for a full retest or at least a reduced price I would've thought would be reasonable. But no. So the reason I took the test this way is simply I am busy and my GP is a while away from where I live, not wanting to relocate from our family practice. It cost me more than twice the amount, I was in pain, having to slice two fingers in very often used places, it took forever to collect the amount of blood required (which is probably why my test results were invalid) the irony being it would've been about the same length of time out of my day to drive to my GP, do the test properly, super-fast and relatively pain free and come home again. So essentially I just paid €79 for something that was a complete waste of time, caused me injury (one of my fingers still hurts a little) and caused me lots of additional admin (creating accounts, answering questions, following videos and instructions, posting items) and ultimately, did not give me a single damn result. All I got from this was a lesson learned to never use this service again.
