I had booked a 20 hrs intensive cost, but there was a mix up with the kind of course I had chosen. Passmefast sorted this out, but the process of getting another test and instructor was very slow. I ended up doing my test the following year. Not what I had signed up for, as I expected to pass fast, as the company suggests. However, Passmefast got me there in the end, and the instructor Mr. Bob Popat taught me invaluable lessons in the few hrs I had left to my test, and I passed. However frustrating the process was, I commend passmefast's customer service, commitment and for getting me a good instructor.

I have a lovely lady called Maria as my instructor and despite me being a nervous wreck she managed to put me at ease and encouraged me throughout the entire 2hr lesson. She was very easy to talk to, gave clear instructions, and quickly took charge or redirected if needed. Would 100% recommend her to anyone looking to start their driving journey. I’ve also found PassMeFast to be great overall and it’s taken the dread out of trying to organise everything myself and actually pushed me to get myself behind the wheel rather than continuing to procrastinate.

The instructor is so calm and patiently explained everything to my understanding.

Luke was calm and knowledgeable and I really enjoyed my lesson. He's really boosted my driving confidence.

My 1st instructor wasn't to good but my second was great I pasted 1st attempt

I passed my test on first attempt with only 2 minors at Lee on the Solent Test Centre with Matt as my examiner. He was great during my test helping me calm down and reassured me. Overall very good experience!

I'm very happy with the service I have recieved and my instructor Wojciech was just incredible! I felt i had control over everything without having to do the leg work when booking my tests. I managed to pass first time! Which was just fantastic going from being timid to confident was unreal.

Had my Pass me theory with Connie Kelly 10/10 Very good with description very clear on different road signs safety margins and stopping distances along with other things really taken alot away from the meeting and feel a lot more confident hopefully I'll go on to pass my theory and practical too. My instructor Paul, is very polite, instructive and gives me good advice on my nemesis- the roundabout 😝 and he is punctual too! Sending me a location tracing ping …. so I can be ready when he’s arriving at my house … not standing in the rain getting wet while waiting …. Superb! Thanks for all the above Paul!!!
