Thinly veiled scam

This company is exploiting the lack of driving instructors and tests available for profit. They have me an instructor who would not respond to my attempts to contact them for almost a month, and then on our first lesson he demanded I move the test date. I was charged £30 for this although it wasn’t my fault. He used his mobile phone frequently during our lessons, which were very sporadic and repetitive. He called me before almost every lesson to cancel or reschedule. We arranged about 15 lessons - I only actually had about 4 because of how much he cancelled. This instructor then moved away suddenly (and only thought to tell me this an hour before a lesson!) and passmefast assigned a new instructor. This one did not respond to my messages either, and after contacting customer support I was told that there had been a mistake and he wasn’t even working with the company. They took no accountability for the repeated delays to my learning, or for the illegal actions of my instructor using his phone during lessons. I had to fight for over a month to get a portion of my money back. I first started the course in April and in October I have received a theory test, 8 hours of lessons, and I am still awaiting a refund. In the most recent email the company sent me, they had the audacity to ask for a five star review! Avoid at all costs

Took my sons savings to ‘Pass him fast’ and a year later he is still waiting for a practical test date!!

My son paid £1800 for a course with Pass me Fast on his 18th birthday as he wanted to pass his driving test as soon as possible. A year later he is still waiting for a practical test date after failing his first test in March. I have made a written complaint on his behalf as the emails he sent and telephone calls he made to them, they just fobbed him off! Surprise…… No reply to complaint 3 weeks later!! Do not consider using this company absolutely disgusting behaviour towards our young generation who want to do something with their life!

AVIOD AVIOD AVIOD!!! These guys need to change their name as they do anything but pass you fast. I made my purchase with pass me fast in March 2024 and have passed my test October 2024. When first looking for an intensive driving course I believed that you got what you paid for and pass me fast seemed like the place to go for an intensive driving course. Promising to book your driving test within 30 days or money back seemed they were confident and able to achieve that. When I called to enquire about the course they were quick to promise me I would be on the road within two months. It took them 3 months to find me a test. After attempts at trying to contact them via telephone and email I realised I wasn’t getting anywhere and sent an email stating that it was in there policy to refund customers if they were unable to achieve said test date within 30 days. This time I did receive a response and then continued to receive pointless emails saying they were still trying to secure a test date. Pass me fast avoided me at all costs so they did not have to give me a refund of £2000+ once they finally did get my test date secured it took them 2 months to find a driving instructor! Now I have nothing but great things to say about my driving instructor he was amazing, patient, punctual and professional and he really is a great instructor as I passed first time! But please AVIOD pass me fast. I wish I had used my money elsewhere where as I would of spent much less and would of had less stress! Pass me fast is a joke and I’m shocked that they are still able to rip people off left, right and centre and get away with it. When people pay for a service they expect it but they did anything but. Your best bet is looking for a local driving instructor so your not completely committed with no other choice. Run 🏃 🏃 🏃

Exact opposite of the name

I paid them in August and still no sign of test. They don’t reimburse your money and you can’t book the test yourself. Pretty much stuck. It would have been faster and cheaper had I done it myself.

The overall experience was good

The overall experience was good. However communication with PassMeFast was difficult and often frustrating and lengthy to get an answer. The instructor was amazing.
