I don’t not recent this to any one it’s just a scam they sound very promising I’ve true phone and I’ve payed all most 1100 pound and I’ve had to wai3 months for them to give me a test date and then waited another month for an alcated diving instructor and my test is on the 21st of this month and I’ve been calling the alcated driving instructor for the past 6 weeks he’s been in a lesson every time I’ve called and told me all sorts of lies and I called him this morning and he was rude to me and then blocked me and I’ve called pass me fast customer service and they can’t help me and won’t be able to sort this problem for me so as it stands I’ve payed all that money for nothing and received absolutely nothing and no support or guidance moving forward so there for I’m telling you now so this don’t happen to u I’ve been wait to g months for this test date that coz me and arm and a leg for just to be robed it’s just a joke

£2630 and time wasted

It has been much of a scam than a contract having my driving lessons with this company. I explained to them I was only able to do afternoon lessons and they assured me that wasn't a problem before I made the full payment of £2630 them on 24/5/24 First nightmare, they allocated an instructor who said he could only do mornings couldn't go with me It took 3 weeks before another instructor was allocated and all this while my test date was confirmed to be 24/7/24. They never picked a call or respond to an email after they've had the payment. Due to late allocation of the instructor, they proposed to change the test date but wanted me to pay £30 pounds just for change of test date. That not been enough, the instructor was kind of confused and mostly don't stick to time schedules. When she cancel a lesson, they will still calculate it as completed. A good number of times, this instructor is either asleep or playing games and chatting on phone when a lesson is ongoing. I completed over 35 lessons without a single manoeuvre learnt. I mostly wake her up for instructions when approaching a roundabout She was just rushing to finish my 40 booked lessons with no progress, sometimes she'll book 3 hours and complete the lesson after 2 and a half hours wasting my 30 minutes. At the end some of my hours have been taken without lessons and there's no refund for that. I have seen positive comments about passMeFast. But my experience has been a nightmare.

I paid over £800 7 months ago and am still yet to do more than 1 hour driving They take ages to find an instructor just for him to say he’s not bothering bc the test center isn’t the closest one, then after a few months they gave me one who didn’t respond to me or them, now they took away the hours extra I was awarded as compensation and randomly changes my test to manual? I’ve sent them over 10 emails now demanding they close my account and give me my money but they just won’t lol, they don’t pick up the phone or answer my emails They also pretended to have lost my complaints The complaints team is useless I have contacted the DVSA and Citizens advice because my test window will close soon and this company just holds my funds hostage and pretends to look for instructors Also the worst customer service ever If you want to resolve this please check your damn emails, my postcode is LE48NR it shouldn’t be so hard.
