Good customer service and a good product.

The guys delivered the most amazing bespoke wax melts made especially for me. The smell is intense and fills the room. The packaging had the most delightful personalised message printed on the front. The guys delivered to my home address as they promised they would. The service from start to finish was second to none and I would highly recommend this small business.

What an absolute delight! Our first night under an alpaca duvet. It was amazingly comfortable and light. We thought it would take time to adjust to the different fabric as we were used to goose down bedding. In fact we are definite converts to this super, quality product. We also have the pillows. The 'walled' pillow which fits snugly and supports the neck. P... said he had his best nights sleep in years. The medium suits me better because it is softer. It's great knowing that they are very hygienic too. Excellent service from Penrose. We highly recommend their products. Check them out for yourself and treat you and yours to a good nights sleep. I ordered an alpaca mattress topper and pillow and am really impressed with the quality of both. The topper especially is crafted with a thick heavy duty cotton fabric which feels very durable. A nice touch with the pillow was the inclusion of a separate pillow case. Both products have a gentle alpaca/sheepy smell which I find really pleasant and comforting. The fibre does compress with use but so far the pillow has plumped back up nicely in the mornings. I haven't tried re-plumping the topper yet but find the compressed fibres usually relax during the day and feel soft again by bedtime. Both products are beautifully comfortable and have greatly improved my quality of sleep. The customer service was good, I initially didn't get a confirmation email but proof of my order was provided promptly on request. Time from ordering to delivery was just over a week but well worth the wait, and everything arrived securely packaged. I have a wool duvet with lots of life left but will be opting for an alpaca duvet from Penrose when the time come to replace it. An excellent small business well worth supporting.

Duvet arrived promptly but I'd had no acknowledgement of order and wasn't sure it had gone through until payment taken. No care instructions in packaging either, presumably on website when I get round to looking!

Fantastic bedding set and great service following up. My second set for guest room, so cosy, not bulky and the topper makes the sleeping experience even better.
