Beautiful alpaca filled pillows unbelievably comfortable.

I am very pleased with my alpaca duvet. It has a nice weight to it, feels 'luxurious' and has proved warm through the recent cold spell. I am hoping that in the summer it will be sufficiently cool, but cannot comment on that yet. When I emailed with a query before purchase I was reassured by the quick response to my question, outside of 'office hours' too. The only reason for a 4 star review was the confusion over delivery. The website said that the duvet would be delivered by Parcel Force. I had had no notification of dispatch after a week and suddenly I received a text from DPD saying the parcel would be delivered that morning. DPD delivered the duvet in good order but I feel that notification of dispatch and tracking details would have been helpful.

Beautifully made duvet and pillows, warmth without the bulk and comfortable supportive pillows, haven't had a stiff neck since buying them. Highly recommended

Friendly response and fantastic duvet. I had considered buying an alpaca duvet for around a year, but had been put off by the price. I'm so glad I have now bought one, and that I bought it from Penrose Products. After placing the order on a Friday morning, I didn't receive the promised confirmation email. I phoned on the Monday, and was immediately reassured by a very friendly and professional worker that my order had been received - I gave my name and she knew immediately what I had ordered. She explained openly that there had been some kind of IT glitch, and apologised. I received a confirmation immediately after the call, and 2 days later had my duvet delivered. Having slept under it for 5 very cold nights now, I can honestly say this is the most comfortable and cozy bedding I have ever slept in. What is even better, is that my partner was also warm under the same duvet, when usually he needs several blankets additional to what I sleep under, because he feels the cold so much more than I do. I can't recommend this enough. Worth every penny.
