Used a few times for work (not my choice) and received a poor service and never on time

20 minutes results

I went to the click and collect location and told that they are no longer working with Now Test. They refused to provide me test. There is not any contact no call and I have send many emails but didn't receive any response. It has been 2 days after day 2 test and still awaiting for the result.

The service was excellent and replied quickly test certificate came back within 10mins

Excellent could not fault the service from this company. I needed to email them a couple of times when the rules for travel changed and they replied quickly. The process for the LFT was easier than I expected and the result certificate we needed to travel came through really quickly (10 - 15 mins at the most)

Fast postage, easy to follow instructions certificate ready within couple of hours. Would definitely use service again!

The service was quick and efficient. BUT for some reason their were no instructions on how to use the test inside the box. And the link on how to take the test on the website didn’t work either. Thankfully I remembered how to use from past experience.

We wait for certificate 12 hours !!!
