Requested test from lanzarote. All OK filling in the form. Needed confirmation booking number to complete locator form. No email in inbox or spam, sent email to customer services info requesting the confirmation email. Not heard anything 5 hours and it's a tight time frame to complete locator form, I ended up requesting a test from another company. I then received the link from NOW and ended up with two booking numbers. Money already taken.

My only question is: although I am very pleased that test checks are being carried out, why do we have to pay for a test which is exactly the same as the free NHS ones?
