Tests arrived well after day 2 and day 8 requirement and the overall results came well after the 14 day required quarantine. This happened in April 2021. I wonder why there isn't a watchdog doing something about these dodgy, incompetent, unrealiable, corrupt companies which saw an huge opportunity to profit with pandemic without any regulation whatsoever. AVOID! Ghastly customer service.

The App is a bit fiddly, not the easiest to upload it would take some time before you were sure that it had uploaded. But the HQ are pretty responsive.
