I bought a multimeter eevblog 121gw from welectron. I got an old one with rotory swich fail and without rubber holster. I pointed it out to Welectron but they refuse to send a new one (I bought it in May 2019) now it is Oct 2019 ???

Auf welectron.com ist Verlass. Der Bestellvorgang ist völlig unproblematisch und man wird über den aktuellen Bestellstatus gut informiert. Die Ware ist sehr gut verpackt und entspricht zu 100% der Beschreibung. Das erworbene Brymen BM235 Multimeter macht auf den ersten Blick einen sehr guten Eindruck und wird mich sicherlich lange begleiten.

Sonntag abend bestellt- nächster Samstag war die Lieferung da(Donnerstag war hier Feiertag.)Vorbildliche Kommunikation- höflich, sachlich, zeitnah, kompetent.Bin heilfroh, das LIRC Gehäuse für meinen Raspi 4 so zügig(und überhaupt)) erhalten zu haben. Vollständig und toll verpackt (nicht zu viel Verpackungsmaterial wg Umwelt/Müll). Und dann noch Skonto bei Vorkasse. Würde gerne noch mehr Sterne geben Immer wieder, und eine persönliche Empfehlung von mir.
