It was great doing business with Welectron from start to finish. Great customer service, answered all my questions. Placing my order and choosing shipping options to USA was super easy. Package arrived in record breaking time! Item was boxed nicely and my meter was exactly as advertised. This BM037 is my second Brymen meter. I also own the BM176D, which I have used for about a year now and couldn't be more pleased. The BM037 is a much smaller clamp meter, but come fully loaded with all the features I need for HVAC work (including uA for flame sense). I have 17yrs. of field experience and I know what works and what doesn't...And these Brymen meter definitely work. This was my first time doing business with Welectron but it definitely won't be my last. Great Prices! Great Service! Great Shipping! What more can you ask for.

The prices were already good but, after my order was placed, I was told that there was no stock for a week or so. So, they offered me an open box model with a discount. I accepted the offer and the item was shipped by DHL the next working day. I am in the UK and I signed for it in the Friday. I have UK suppliers that are not that quick! The product was perfect in every way and was as per the offer. The IEC cable was a German one but I have loads of UK IEC cables so it was not a problem.

Die Lieferung der Ware war sehr schnell. Die Ware gefällt mir sehr gut, in meinem Fall ein Sortierkasten für SMD - Bauteile. Leider hatte ein Teil gefehlt, dieses wurde aber ultraschnell nachgeliefert. Sehr empfehlenswert.
