Terrible follow-up and follow-through. My passport was supposed to ship back to me on 1/17 (2 day shipping) and I didn't get it until 1/29. Thank goodness my European trip was postponed or I wouldn't have had my passport in time.

ABSOLUTELY AMAZING ! I don’t leave reviews often but this one deserves a 5 STAR review. Travel Visa Pro completely took the stress out of getting my Chinese tourist visa (which can be a bit of an overwhelming process in itself) and I just have to sincerely thank them and their entire team. From the minute I placed my order online, they actually called me on my cell phone to confirm they received my order and to confirm a few details. (It was a real person who called and not some automated message lol) So great ! They instantly then sent me a group email including various travel visa pro agents , and between the 3 of them, whenever I had a question they wrote back immediately. I’m not used to such perfect customer service, I would DEFINITELY recommend people to pay the several extra fees which include not JUST the delivery to the embassy but them pretty much doing all the work for you. They put together my entire application in a timely manner after I answered a series of questions. They make sure everything is written correct and that the picture meets the requirements, they pretty much did EVERYTHING for me. All I had to do at the end was print the documents they made, sign in a few places, and send them back to them with my passport. I was nervous about sending my passport but there were NO problems what so ever ! The surprising part was how quick it took. I paid for it to be delivered within a few weeks but it came in sooner than that. Honestly, all my worrying is gone now and I can actually enjoy planning for the rest of my trip. In life there a certain things worth paying a bit more for and this was definitely one of them. Worth every penny! Customer service was perfect ! I’m thankful
