Very responsive and professional. I submitted my inquiry at 10pm my time in Utah and they called me at 11pm that night to get started. It took me a total of 3 weeks to get everything done and get my visa to China. I did pay for the upgraded concierge service and the expedited timeline and I definitely think it was worth it. Not cheap, but worth it!
