In my earnest quest to be soon awarded my first ScholarshipOwl Scholarships concerning my education and career development, I recently received a direct email from ScholarshipOwl about my eligibility to also apply for a major scholarship from another scholarship provider on ScholarshipOwl's database. Upon accessing the link to the scholarship to apply, I realised that it was broken (inaccessible) so I notified ScholarshipOwl about it, and within a very short time I received a response from ScholarshipOwl via Marko, and he said, "we will immediately inform the product team and try to fix this as soon as possible." I was impressed with the quick response to have the issue resolved, and what I also liked was, he went on to share with me some additional tips about what to expect from ScholarshipOwl's scholarship providers concerning my scholarship applications. I found his tips to be very useful considering the fact that I'm expecting to receive a response to my applications. I deeply appreciate ScholarshipOwl for an awesome support effectiveness, and I think you have a great CRM/CS platform.
