They literally just steal your money and charge your card even if all you wanted was the trial and you unsubscribe.

I found the webinar to be very informative. I feel a lot more confident about writing an essay for a scholarship. I received a subscribed email from Scholarship Owl that offered me a free copy of an E-book about writing essays. The link did not work, but I really wanted the E-Book. I asked the Chat Assistant at the Owl website if they could give me the proper link. Marko responded almost immediately and gave me the proper link. I was able to download that E-book immediately. Very happy with that chat!
