I had initially been upset with my experience, and then I contacted support thinking I may not get much assistance, but they were SUCH a great help. They were so kind and fixed my problem as best as they could. This is what makes a good company.

Nick and Marko we’re both extremely helpful and kind! Nick first reached out, but I missed his email. I was sent a follow up email by Marko a few days later as they did not receive a reply. I sent a response and within half an hour, they processed my request and sent a confirmation email.
