I was contacted a day before l dropped my car to confirm meeting point and received a phone on the day of arrival. The drop off and pick was prompt and well coordinated.

Used the company’s service January 2023. Very pleasant and prompt on the phone. Easy to book. Clear instructions on the booking site about picking up and dropping off the car. As an aside - avoid the valet area of Heathrow! I would happily use again for their fast efficient service with excellent prices.
