Great service for parking at LHR T3

We used the service for parking at Heathrow Terminal 3. The price was better than Long Term Parking (even including the extra £15 for going into the short term car park twice). The service was excellent. Everything was thoroughly and professionally arranged. The drivers were waiting when we arrived and when we departed, so we had no wasted time. They were also really friendly and professional people. We will not bother with Long Term Parking again. Triangle was better in every way.

Friendly, efficient and great service

First time using a meet and greet and was a little apprehensive, but Triangle was a great choice. We booked through BA who hadn’t passed the booking on, but on calling to say we were half an hour away Jamal sorted it and had someone ready at the airport when we arrived. The car was waiting for us on our return, immaculate and with only an extra 11 miles on the clock (the distance to their car park in Stockley Park and back)! Would definitely use Triangle again and highly recommend them.

As a fairly frequent user of Meet And Greet services at Heathrow, I can categorically state that Triangle have, consistently, provided the BEST service of all providers that I have experienced. Now, I understand that we all have different experiences in life but, everytime I have used Triangle, they have been there on time, polite, professional and deliver exactly what I require to the point that I have recommended them to colleagues who now use them as the preferred service at Heathrow. Well done on providing a great, customer driven, service! Keith

One star for the fact they park the car…

One star for the fact they park the car. Edit - removed the second star because they lie Well here we go, not sure where all these five star reviews come from. Hold on tight - it's a long one. About me - I'm a frequent flyer out of Heathrow, especially T5 because of British Airways. I use the airport very regularly and therefore feel that I am more than qualified to write a balanced review because i can compare Triangle Parking to other offerings available for Meet and Greet parking services. I have used many. This was my first and last time of using Triangle Parking - not said lightly as not all parking services are perfect. I book parking via BA Parkvia (for the Avios points) and my usual parking company had increased their prices on this occasion. And because I am one for saving my company money, I decided to break my alligience and use a different provider - which on this occasion was Triangle Parking. It would be noteworthy to point out that they were not the cheapest either. On my departure day rain and traffic scuppered my timings and I was going to be over an hour late to the airport. Not at all Triangle Parking's fault, but neither mine. A call from Triangle an hour before the scheduled drop off time and a discussion was had about the traffic and all was fine about the later arrival. 10 mins before arrival a call from Triangle once again, all good as they have staff to pay for which they don't want waiting around - fair enough and I would do exactly the same. But the instructions change - 'I'll send the driver up to the airport drop off to same you time and he'll meet you there and just make sure you pay the fee on the Heathrow website etc etc'. Fine - handy I think to myself. Turns out this breaches Heathrow Airport's use of the droff off zone, as there is designated parking spots in the short stay car park for 'off-site meet and greet parking'. This is the first time I have been instructed to do this. Needless to say that if I've been picked up by some over zealous CCTV operator and receive a fine, it'll be passed and pursued to Triangle. When confirming my return flight details to the pick up driver I mentioned that it may be that I would get an earlier flight on the same day and will call if this happens. All agreed and fine. So off I trot to get my flight. Return day arrives and as mentioned I managed to amend my return flight to one due back earlier by 3 hours. I call the mobile number provided and all was received well. Good customer service so far. Landed at Heathrow and immediately called as per instructions that I have landed and asked to call once again when I have passed Passport Control, which I did, also mentioning that I have a bag to collect and was tole to meet in the car park in 10-15 minutes. Ambitious I thought, but that's ok too. It is meet and greet, right? I get a call 15mins later and my bag still had not arrived on the belt and was told they would leave the car there to go and collect another and would return with my key in 10-15mins. Now I don't know if my bag will arrive 1 minute later or 2 hours later, so I say ok. Luckily/unluckily it arrives 2mins later and I get going to level 4 of the car park - the 'off-site meet and greet area'. Double taking where I find my car, I am surprised it has been parked at an angle in a disabled parking space. So now I am getting looks as I wait for my car key with my cases in the disabled area. 25mins pass and I decide to call to check where my car key is - 'I'm 10 seconds away'. It should be pointed out as this point that the car park is not busy - never is - and there are plenty of non-disabled spaces around. The driver arrives and parks next to me in another disabled space! Gets out as if all was ok and hands my key to me and says to check the car - I have just spent the last 25 minutes checking my car which I mention to the driver. I take the key and walk away, putting my bags in the boot and to get the ticket to pay for the parking fee (this is newly implemented by all of the meet and greet providers whereas before they paid for it as part of the price). The driver then murmurs something and I say that it's unacceptable to park in the disabled bays, to which no resonse was received. I pay for my ticket and he says that I'm lucky he wasn't going to charge me an amendment fee! At volume for everyone to hear - no problem for me buddy, credit card companies are very helpful with chargebacks. He may well be the owner or just an employee, but customer service is definitely not his forte. I appreciate I amended my return time and would have no issue with a delay, but to he continued to argue with me about me mentioning a delay with my bag at volume! I do not mind this at all - it's not my company that everyone is going to judge regardless of who is right or wrong. If only he bothered to listen when people call him, rather that making assumptions! So Triangle Parking, I am afraid it's never again from me.

You NEED to use triangle parking

Absolutely incredible service from Triangle Parking, could not recommend them more. The whole process was so simple and easy, yes there was the £15 extra to pay for drop off and pick up to enter the short stay car park at Heathrow but honestly so worth it for the service. Although I live in the North and most of my flights are from Manchester, I will fly more often from Heathrow knowing their parking service is here. I was also super grateful for their help with my car, checking what was wrong with it and the advice they gave me to ensure I got home safely (I had a coolant leak). Thank you so much!

Jamal’s customer service was fab

Jama’s customer service was fantastic and he was informative upon arrival ensuring we understood what we needed to do upon arriving back in the UK. We had a nightmare journey home with our flight being cancelled with no notice and therefore delayed 28 hours and although I tried to email triangle parking Jama had already made contact via WhatsApp and was really understanding with our situation stating he could drop the car at terminal 5 instead of 4 where we were supposed to land which lessened our stress after such a long delay. I would really recommend them to anyone leaving their car at Heathrow. I will certainly let use this company again.
