I have had the pleasure of using Triangle Valet Parking at Heathrow, and I cannot recommend their service highly enough. Admittedly, I was initially apprehensive about handing over my keys to my beloved car, but my concerns quickly dissipated thanks to the seamless experience and outstanding customer care provided by Jama and his team. The booking process was straightforward and efficient, and any questions I had were promptly addressed. Jama was always available to respond, whether through a call or a message, and his dedication to ensuring peace of mind was apparent. Even when I was abroad and received unexpected notifications from my car, Jama made sure that any potential issues were resolved swiftly. This level of support was invaluable, as there’s nothing worse than feeling helpless on the other side of the world when something happens outside of your control. When I returned to Heathrow, I followed the provided instructions, called when I landed, and again after collecting my luggage. My car was ready and waiting at the short-stay parking, just as promised. The driver not only greeted me with a smile but also offered to help pack my luggage back into the car—a small but thoughtful gesture that made all the difference. I have used Triangle Valet Parking on multiple occasions, ranging from short weekend getaways to month-long trips. Each time, the service has been impeccable. No unnecessary miles were ever added to my car's mileage, which gave me additional reassurance about the care and professionalism of the team. On one memorable occasion, I even coordinated with Jama to surprise my best friend for her birthday. Jama’s willingness to go above and beyond—including greeting us with a smile and birthday wishes—made the moment even more special. My friend, who originally introduced me to this service, was completely shocked and delighted. Jama’s commitment to high standards of customer service is evident through his hands-on approach and the respectful, polite demeanor of his entire team. For anyone who may have concerns—such as the minor issue someone mentioned about seat adjustments—I say, it’s common sense that drivers would need to modify seat settings to safely drive the vehicle. It’s a minor, understandable change that in no way diminishes the overall quality of the service. Over the years, my car has spent a considerable amount of time in Triangle Parking’s care, and I have always come back more than satisfied. I now purposely book flights through Heathrow just to take advantage of this exceptional service. I look forward to continuing to trust Jama and his team with my car for all future travels.

This is my opinion and experience based on how the gentleman that I called on my return to Heathrow treated me at 06:00 on Sunday morning. 10/11/24 after flying back overnight from the 09/11/24 the flight details were given to them! Unfortunately they don't check flight details properly, even though I'd explained my return was overnight on the 9/11 so wouldn't be back in Heathrow to collect my car until the 10/11 they still brought my car back a day early, but tried to blame me...The guy who met me was so rude, and charged me extra for parking and he said an extra days parking. I wouldn't have minded but he was very disrespectful and made my arrival home after a 9 hour flight very upsetting and stressful. Especially as I was so looking forward to collecting my car so I could visit my family. They'd used my car, 35 extra miles on the clock, they had played around with the radio settings, seating and dashcam, something other car parking companies have never done before. It was a terrible service and he was quite abusive towards me and very disrespectful. Never again!! Update after their reply full of lies! I also kept a record of everything! I never said anything racist I’m not a racist and this is a clear example of the abuse by this awful man who I called on landing at Heathrow Airport to arrange collection of my vehicle. He was threatening, abusive, and misogynistic from the outset! I found his behaviour towards me unbelievable. He had a go at me! Then was threatening and I’ve never experienced such awful service before! I wouldn’t believe a word he says. He insulted me told me I was entitled!! Is that how this company treats their customers. They shouldn’t take bookings if they cannot provide a reliable, honest and good service. I was shocked he threatened if I didn’t pay asap extra charges of £17 and £25 then I couldn’t have my car back!!! This after arriving back in UK after a 9 hour flight! Before I’d even had a chance to collect my luggage. This guy has no customer service skills and said he was the owner. Make up your own mind, but as a career woman with over 40 years of business travel and ex PMGR at Heathrow I am astounded by his rudeness. I will never book with this company again and have let Park Via know!! Throwing out the racist card is such an insult and shows the disgraceful way this man behaved towards me. I work with all different cultures and people who know me know I am not racist! In fact this man was so abusive in one message he says we have rules and regulations in this country! Why didn’t he treat me with respect then? Was he implying I’m not from the UK? Who is the racist? Sounds like he was in a very bad mood and doesn’t like women!!! They did not follow instruction properly from when I dropped off my car, then blamed me because they didn’t check the flight details which all other car companies do! They did touch things they shouldn’t have including changing my radio settings, car seat positioning and also the dash cam. The fact they added 35 miles shows they are not to be trusted. Of course you can move seat position, but put it back!!! That’s what most companies do! Same with radio!! Why were you touching my dash cam!!! It’s not your property! As for implying it’s my fault!! What an absolute joke. I am the customer. I wasn’t expecting such poor service and just want to warn people. I am utterly disgusted by his behaviour. Update: It’s good to see they’ve now changed their reply! Everything that happened to me happened and he was a vile man from my initial call from landing! I wish I’d never experienced any of this as it really upset me and I felt very threatened and violated. Women travelling solo should not be treated this way!! I would have expected a refund for the parking for their mistake, and the way I was treated, but no..no apology for the abusive treatment or for causing so much distress on me landing. I think that says it all. Do not risk it. I also have read your reviews before booking as I’d not used your service before, it seems other people have also experienced arriving a day later, but they were treated calmly and politely. That I am pleased to read, but it wasn’t my experience at all! The man who spoke to me was rude, threatening and blaming me from the start!! Which led to a very unsatisfactory and uncomfortable experience. I think I was just very unfortunate but to insult me and call me racist and entitled was shocking!! He was very nasty and I hope he doesn’t continue to treat women this way!
Friendly, calming, helpful staff
All members of the staff were utterly charming, calming and helpful. We had a very early morning flight and I had muddled the terminals… couldn’t have been nicer…. We had a cancelled flight home arriving a day later than expected and again couldn’t have been nicer, calming and helpful… I would highly recommend and will definitely use Triangle parking again …. thank you

On time and looked after the car. Simple instructions to drop off and also collect the car after the holiday. Cheaper than a taxi and better than waiting around. I highly recommend and will use again!

If you’re reading this as part of your due diligence before booking with Triangle, you’re going to struggle to find someone with a bad word to say. I couldn’t find one either. Now I know why.
