Received item before expected date

I don’t like the pulling money and putting back in and out of bank account the did three times. I paid for it you take it my part of transactions done. No need to say it’s expired and change etc unless change in price. They originally said they had it in stock. Then one of their vendors had it. Took 2 months to get the rod. The rods worth the wait but the frustration waiting and not getting definitive answers sucked. They were polite. The rod shipped quickly once it was sent. I will use them again I will just be more likely to call and order vs place online to check availability.

Thanks for the quick shipment. Went to Tractor Supply for Clinch Pins for the wheels. Works better than the cotter keys if you'll be taking the wheels on and off. This is a manufacture comment not a Tackle Direct issue.

After waiting 2 months I decided to cancel half of my order because it hadn’t shipped.

Very efficient and personalized service

I ordered two avet reels recently and there was an issue with the delivery from avet, but the customer service guys at tackle direct took it upon themselves to make it right… even though the issue was with avet and not them. Top notch service and they are gonna keep my business.

When I ordered my item website said it was in stock. After waiting a month I called TD who told me it wasn’t in stock. I finally got my item after waiting about 7 weeks. I will not order fro you again
