Received order but it was incomplete. Web site said there was stock on an item but apparently there was not. No option for back order TD just called the order complete. That was a little disappointing but all other order’s place withTD have been great!! TD responded back to my review in an extremely professional manner! Great customer support goes a thousand miles and maintains the customer base! Thank you for the response TD! I will continue to place orders with you as I am impressed with your customer service!!

The order was placed in April and was for a combo rod and reel. Anytime I have ordered a combo it arrives together preassembled. I didn’t see anywhere on the website that combos ship separately. I received the rod in a timely manner but not the reel. After contacting customer service I was informed combos do not ship together and the reel was currently on back order but would ship within 10 days according to the email I received. After 10 days I emailed again and was told it would be the end of the week before it was received at the warehouse. I patiently waited to hear an update and never did so I emailed again. I was then informed the reel was not received in that particular shipment and it would be June before it arrived. I patiently waited until June to email again. This time I took the liberty of finding out the same reel was in stock only it was in a clam pack on the website. The representative was able to swap my order for the clam pack reel because I assume the original one I ordered in the combo still hadn’t arrived. While I am grateful for finally receiving the reel after 2 months, I wish the representatives would have offer some other alternative instead of me having to figure it out myself.

Everything shipped very quickly and was packaged properly.
