The neck gaiter came quickly. I ordered some from another store and I’m waiting 6 weeks later for them. Thank you! It works great for me to use at work during these times and makes breathing easier than the mask I had.

Customer service is terrible. No response from them on a large order placed. I have spent thousands of dollars with them in the past. This last 600 dollar order will be my last.

I have ordered from Tackle Direct numerous times in the past. Perhaps Covid related, but May 19th orders have neither been filled, not has there been an update on status. Calls to Tackle Direct go to a voice mail. Numerous emails are ignored. Cannot get a status. Now I just want my money back, I'll go to a brick and mortar store to purchase.

I ordered and pay via Paypal over $300 at begin of May, for several terminal tackle items. Until now (begin of June) i even not get a answer by email from Tackledirect. I wrote them 4 times in the last two weeks and no reaction from them...really bad service!

Tackle Direct is terrible online source

Maybe its a Covid thing but this 5 Star company has tanked hard these past few months, I trusted them to right there ship and gave them time to fix things as they have been great in the past; but until they can reestablish themselves as something remotely competent I will shop locally at a premium or use reliable online dealers. They have held my money hostage, refused to ship items ordered, cancelled items randomly and will not take calls anymore.
