Their phones say that they are only responding to emails, but the fact that I've sent three emails over the past three weeks with no response shows that's a lie. Can't even get estimated shipping times or tracking numbers. Will be issuing a charge back on my card soon, highly advise you don't use this company. Go brick and mortar or some other website that actually tries to provide customer service.

Great products but poor customer service. I had a problem with an order getting shipped and it took 3 emails to get a response. My most recent order came incomplete (missing the back mounting plate of the reel) And I still have not received a response after 2 emails.

Since zero is not an option, they get an undeserved one. They have sources of communication but they're worthless.. don't respond to emails, on-line chat or phone calls. I'm 70 years old and this is absolutely the worst company I've ever dealt with since I was 5 and had a nickel in my pocket to go to the corner store and buy a candy bar. The web site looks nice but to stay in business you actually have to communicate with your customers. I wish I would have looked at reviews before dealing with these people. There are numerous reviews citing TackleDirect's inability to ship products or communicate with their customers. It's like the owners and employees are all in the back room smoking dope and forgot they were running a business. DO NOT UNDER ANY CIRCUMSTANCES DO BUSINESS WITH THIS CLOWN SHOW.
