I purchased a few products over the last 4 months,with 100 percent satisfaction. My last Purchase was a price match and the customer service was flawless. Each product came on time or earlier.my products ranged from tackle to jigging rod.

TERRIBLE SERVICE. On hold now 1:17. Yesterday 1:22 and NO One cares. Emailed 3 times for a RA. Totally never will use this company again. I'll go out of my way NOT to use TD. No agent call back after 4 attempts at leaving my number. ZERO STARS

Ordering is a breeze and right on time.

Ordered nearly a 100 dollars of fishing lures on July 2 (Order #736327). and haven't received them as of July19. Called your company three times and E-mailed twice. No reponse what so ever! Yet I was billed immediately on my credit card, Calling my credit card company to dispute the charges. You guys will not stay in business too long if you keep this up.
