Customer service is horrible. can't get a call back or wait hours on the phone. Partial order received after hounding them. Said they sent out the second rod but no email confirming it. Called again never went out, said it was going out, asked for email confirmation, nothing yet.

7 week wait and no response. Time to cancel payment through Paypal.
First order took a month, I expected it could take that long from their automated email. Second order and into my seventh week since I placed my order and no response to my emails or leaving a note twice on their "chat with us" tab. Luckily I have used Paypal, if no further response then will likely cancel my order. I had a third order planned which in all likelihood will never get placed given how poor, like never, get back to you. Addendum: I later got an email, seems like a mass email was sent, that they are having issues with a new software they implemented. I reached out to Paypal and they tried contacting TD (Tackle Direct) but received no response so I got told I will be refunded. However part of my order got shipped after the fact and through EMS when I paid for courier. I reached out to TD to let them know but as of yet have not heard anything back. For now (Aug 2019) I would wait till TD has their software issue sorted out before attempting to order again from them.

Very dissapointed
I recently purchased a travel rod for a upcoming vacation when the rod arrived it was broken. I had left multiple calls with there service department that were never responded to. After two days waiting I was finally able to reach someone from there service department who was very nice and explained to me that they are currently upgrading there system and apologized for the problems. I have been waiting now for week to receive a email with a shipping label to return the damaged rod it has been very frustrating to say the least trying to get the issue resolved. Due to not receiving the label I had to purchase another rod in order to have something for my trip. I have shopped with tackle direct many times and never had an issue till now I hope they will get there system flaws resolved soon.
