Remortgaged with this company a short while ago, from the very start it wasn’t straight forward, lots of documents arrived in my inbox with an “XX” where they had forgotten to remove and fill in the blanks. Upon completion the incorrect amount was transferred into my account. Unprofessional text messages sent to me threatening to take further action against me. I complained but they wasn’t very helpful. I certainly will not be using them again in the future and suggest others to shop around before committing to this company.
