DO NOT ORDER. SCAM

Looks like this is a scam site unfortunately. Placed an order on 13/08 and was given a link to tracking page on DHL, however it says Yodel as the carrier. 24/08 and the tracking number still shows waiting to be collected from sender. I've tried emailing the last 3 days for an update and received no response. Would now just like a refund but can't get through to anyone. Will be reported to the Bank as fraud and hopefully I'll get my money back that way. DO NOT ORDER FROM SPARCO FASHION!! Wish I'd have checked reviews before ordering, but unfortunately was mislead by the company name into thinking this site was associated with SPARCO.

Do not use this online company.

Do not use this online company. They have no interest in customer care. After repeated emails giving them endless opportunities to resolve a situation with an unhappy future customer they just ignored me, and tried to give me a website lesson! I own an IT company lol Avoid them at any cost

Ripped off, no shoes

, dont buy. Paid for the shoes, .waiting for 2weeks now...still no shoes or orderconfirnation. Sent email to customer service...no respons. You will be ripped off Update: Apparently i was victim to a ghost website which seemed to be a scam. Customer service contacted me and informed me that the bankdetails where not the same compared to the real sparco.

No refund after 3 weeks…

Wrong shoe size delivered. Return sent by FedEx, still waiting for a refund over 3 weeks later - no response from customer service email or phone number.

Poor customer service

As with other users, because the company (claiming to be UK based) are based in Italy, there were significant difficulties with getting a sensible reply to emails and the fact that there would be a £9 return fee on ANY occasion that a return would have to be made. Very poor customer service to be honest.

Had to email Sparco they said 2-3 days but coming from Italy but came after 2 weeks great quality fits perfect would use again.

Not uk based and return process is a problem

Ordered some trainers, package arrived when they said, although turned out to be completely the wrong ones, I ordered the sp-f6 in black/white and what turned up was brown boots, they have been quick to respond to my emails regarding this and have sent me returns label, however, fedex being fedex have taken 2 weeks to collect. I’m now worried I will be hit with a bill for customs or have to wait ages for my refund. I hope for sparco fashion uk (really not uk, based in Italy) refund my money immediately and I’m not hit with a bill for returning. I will be in touch with trading standards as you advertise on social media and online as a uk based company and with the .co.uk website, I’m pretty sure this is not legal.

Sparco Fashions NOT uk based

Although they trade as Sparco uk they are based in Italy. Fine till you try to send anything back remember we left the EU. Currently fighting a bill of £127 for returning shoes to them. The prepaid label was not recognised by FedEx so they billed me, and have been chasing the payment every since now threatened me with legal action would not touch Sparco UK (really Milan Italy ) with a barge pole
