Excellent delivery time, packaging and quality/health of the rose. Cannot wait to see it bud and flower

Rose's were delivered promptly in full leaf looking really healthy unfortunately one had been damaged due to the carrier delivering them upside down but the break was clean and fresh so I'm sure it had been dispatched intact. I usually buy online from DA but the quality from Henry Street surpasses theres and the prices are so competitive.

I ordered two rose plants from Henry Street which were delivered by courier on the 3rd May. They were in perfect condition having been carefully packed and shipped. I could not have been more pleased with my purchase and the roses have been planted on to provide some more colour in my garden. Great price, and perfect roses.

The courier Company totally unreliable, they no showed on the date of delivery, finally shipment arrived with me 24 hours LATE ! I was totally impressed with customer service aspect of Henry Street Nursery, having spoken with them by telephone and emailed them they were helpful in ensuring no further delay in delivery. The shipment was extremely well packed and received in good condition, I'd like to use them again, but, if I do I hope they will have changed their courier !

Ordered in late April arrived in early May. Very prompt. Many other suppliers were stating out of stock or Autumn delivery. A good sized very healthy rose in a deep pot with well developed roots. Excellent and great value as well

My rose arrived looking very healthy and well packaged.

Very good service. Delivery was without fault and went smoothly and arrived quickly. The product was a tequila rose and arrived in good condition having been well wrapped but not over packaged. I brought 3 for ‘in memory’ gifts. When you use a new company you do worry a little about whether it will be any good. I felt the company’s website was very well constructed and organised and this made me feel it was a safe bet to try. If the website is efficient and accessible normally everything else follows in my experience. I will definitely use this company again.
