Guy at the desk was a bit snooty and brisk but they've done a beautiful job on my ring and I'm very happy so all up very happy.

The swiss watch I purchased 18 months or so ago has not been a practical choice. The back fell off. It was replaced by my local watch maker. The back fell off again. The grooves it slips into needed to be deeper. It was fixed under warranty. Then the front fell off. It was put back in situ. Wore it for two days noticed it was losing time then stopped. Assumed battery flat. Replaced and pressure tested but is continuing to lose time. Just as well my phone and car clock keep good time. My piece of fine swiss made jewelry does not. Dracakis and their watchmaker will see me and my Baume Mercier timepiece yet again next time I can get to Brookvale. At least the Dracakis jewellers are pleasant and helpful to deal with.
