I always get fantastic service from the team at Dracakis and I happily travel down from the Central Coast to see them for my jewellery needs!

I took a necklace in to be repaired and a week later it broke again (I was advised at the first visit that it was an incredibly fine necklace and that it was likely it could break again). A week later it did break, and while it was determined that the second time it broke, it was in a different spot to where it had been repaired, they offered to repair it again for me, this time, free of charge.

I went to buy a ring, and the salesman said that they would source a new ring as we required a different size. I paid the ring in full and was told I would hear from them in th next few days. Well a week went by and I hadn't heard so I called. I was told by the sales woman that she would call me back later that day and advise when the ring would be ready for pick up. Again 2 days later I hadn't heard and when I called again I was told it was ready for pick up. For such a distinguished store I wasn't happy with the little communication.
