Elly was very helpful - she helped us to order in the Hearts on Fire earrings we wanted (anniversary gift from my husband) to match a necklace of sentimental value from my parents. I went to see him and explained exactly what I wanted, he took some measurements of my wrist and finger and 3 weeks later I now have 2 lovely pieces of jewellery that I love so much!
