Recently my husband and I was served by a women, I didn't take note of her name. She had attitude big time which is a shame. I left the shop without buying anything after she wretched out shopping experience. The owner Nick who is great to deal with wasn't around. My advice for anyone is don't desl with the youngish women there with an accent but deal with the owner Nick himself.

I'd been looking to have a ring re-sized without much luck, until I went into Dracakis. They have a jeweller onsite!!! who is helpful and who seems to care. The staff are lovely too and I'm happy to recommend them to everybody.

I recently purchased an engagement ring for my fiancé and had fully put my trust in Peter to design and make the ring for her. From the consultation to the finished product I would recommend them to any one with any budget. Looking forward to them designing our wedding bands now. Restored my faith in good customer service.

I felt like I received a very professional service and also an amazingly quick turnaround for my order to be available for pick up, however I would have liked to see see some actual pendants - instead I had to chose from a catalogue and upon picking up my order I was told it would be an additional $35 cost to have the pendant sealed. This was incredibly surprising to me as it almost felt like a ordered a piece of jewellery off amazon. This should be done free of charge as you a purchasing from a proper jeweller. I also was a bit disappointed in the selection of children's jewellery.

Great service from Theo, Ben and the team at Mosman. He took his time with us and made sure we could see all the options available. Amazing hand crafted rings. Will be back for our wedding bands for sure!

All of the staff are kind, friendly and very informative, and I was extremely impressed with their knowledge and understanding of what I was after. They could not have been more helpful. I will definitely be recombining them to other people.
