The work on my ring is very good. Mr. Dracakis Jr. needs to learn form his father an show more interest in the customer and be more engaging. Not very friendly -

$20 just to glue on a pearl bead, seems a little excessive. I was also quoted $35-$40 to fix a box chain necklace. I think I'll go to a place in the city who offer excellent service but charge nowhere near that price. Staff were friendly and polite. It just comes down to price. Thanks.

Wonderful assistance and customer service. My order was completed over the phone and as there was engraving, an informative email with styles was promptly sent. The whole process was simple and comprehensive. Would definitely recommend.

I have also purchased jewellery at Warringah Mall and each piece is of high quality and again, reasonably priced. I don't use any other jewellers for re-modelling and highly recommend Dracakis to everyone!
