Was unable to reach Joshua at smartwatch but did get another agent Michelle. Very helpful in answering my questions. Had to change from Humana to United Healthcare since PCP doesn't accept Humana now.I did have to call back once and emailed Michelle to get things straightened out Unfortunately Medicare didn't notify social security to stop taking out premium for Humana. All straightened out now.
