My agent explained the process of getting insurance, the actual policies, what was covered, different coverage options, costs, and answered all my questions in a friendly, easily understandable manner. I would highly recommend SmartMatch Insurance Agency,LLC and will be in contact with them again.

Very helpful in getting us set up initially…but promised he would stay on top of the filing and let us know if anything else was needed. Never heard a word from him. My husband received his insurance card in the mail and I did not. Discovered there was paperwork missing on 12/29 and I scrambled and attempted to get in touch with my agent to no avail! After a plethora of phone calls to SS, medicare and Humana, And a lot of anxiety, I finally got everything straightened out on my own and received a confirmation of my insurance coverage on 1/6/25! Unless you have a great understanding of medicare and how it works, I would not recommend this company.

Was easy to switch two policies and be done in less than an hour.

Jarret is a listener. He took the time to listen and remember. He kept notes of all our conversations and reviewed them prior to our conversation which helped us make decisions. He educated us in all our options so we could make a smart and educated decision

I had a great experience, talking with one of your representatives. His name is Joseph Matta he had great customer service skills. He was very’ very patient….kind with his delivery. He should’ve been a “public speaker” he had the right power pitch an pace. He’s the type of representative you would like to have representing your company. A pleasant gentleman. In every sense of the word. Kudos to the manager who hired him. Make sure you give him his flowers now!! Please let those in his group know how he has done. So….he could be a pattern for them to “FOLLOW!!” Could you post these compliments/ or put them in his file as well🤷‍♀️?? Thanks Larry
