Tessa is AMAZING! She takes the most complicated process EVER, and makes it as easy as 1, 2, 3. I will highly recommend Tessa and her firm to everyone in my situation!!!

The process was easy then I thought it was going to be. The agent Jason chu'i explained everything clearly and didn't use big technical information.

Timothy Knipp is my agent. He is very knowledgeable and explained everything regarding the Humana ppo, pos give back plan. Discussed everything in plan my co-pays, deductibles and all my doctors I see are covered in this plan and the current physicians plus the specialists I see are covered by this Humma plan. I am excited about the give back added to my SSC check. Tim knew everything about this plan; Every question I had he answered all my questions in terms I understood. Very intelligent, courteous, and pleasant to talk with. I was impressed with him. He even went over all my prescribed medications and told me about the tiers of each of my medications. we discussed how my co-pays applied to each medication which is less than what I am currently paid. He is one of the best agents I talked with regarding this Humma plan. He should be recognized for his dedication and his intelligence, wisdom and courtesy with this company. Very impressed!

Extremely knowledgeable, personable agent-

This was not a seamless transition from my previous Part B plan with previous policy. I have never in the 12 years of having Medicare that I have had to call to finalize the transfer. I was transferred to a voicemail which promised a return call in 24 hours, and luckily I didn’t hold my breath because I am still waiting 2 weeks later. This has Not been a satisfying experience

The agent was very helpful in finding another Medigap Plan G for me to buy...saving me money.
