Shinysmile has done great work to help me navigate through the process of creating impressions of my teeth when I was having a rough time. They made sure to help me make it happen so that they could swiftly create my veneers and ship them to me so I could have a better smile. Thank you shinysmile!

I decided I want them after reading many reviews doing many searches on the internet and video reviews. Once I picked my set the color and payment plan I put down $290.00 and within 5 days the box showed up for the impressions I also got emails welcoming me and requests for photos of my teeth and smile. I made the impressions then sent the pictures of that to them for further guidance then submitted my impressions using the box they came in and a return label that came in the box sent it out and now I’m just waiting for them to receive it and go from there. They are very responsive and prompt on communication. I can’t wait to see the veneers. So far so good.

Haven’t received my Veeners yet(but I literally just sent them off yesterday) I wanted to make some changes to my order and the staff was on top of it and very helpful!

The process has been good so far . The only complaint I have is durning the video call to do the impression the guy was extremely rude when I was asking questions to make sure I was doing it right. This was my first time doing this unlike him and I did not want to have to pay for another impression if I messed it up. The reps need to have more patience.

I had high hopes for Shiny Smiles, but the product was a total letdown. The veneers look incredibly fake, nothing like natural teeth, and the fit is awful—uncomfortable and awkward. What’s worse, they only showcase positive reviews on their website, hiding the real customer experiences. After I complained, they offered me $50 and a remake, but the veneers are so bad that I don’t even want another pair. This company seems more focused on damage control than actually providing a quality product. Save your money and look elsewhere!

Great company. Responsive, easy to work with. Great set of snap on veneers. Wish it were solid where teeth are missing and not hollow, but over all..very satisfied. My fiance Anthony ordered his third pair and sent back his impressions on Thursday, today is Monday and I already have an email accepting them. Looking forward to getting them!!

Just made my impressions and Bonnie in customer service was very helpful in guiding me through the process. I called her upon completion of making impressions and she checked them and said they were ok to mail back. I am excited to see how they turn out when I receive them back completed.
