So far I’ve had a pretty okay…

So far I’ve had a pretty okay experience with this company the team is always ready to assist you with any bumps along the way. Still waiting on my veneers… had to repeat the impression process a second time but optimistic about the potential outcome I’ll be back with an update once I receive them in the mail.

They’re quick with responses and concerns

I’ve made multiple orders with shiny smile veneers. They were very professional and they definitely helped with all concerns. They are also pretty fast with responding back to emails and calls. I can honestly say that do their best to meet the requirements of the customer. Thank you ShinnySmile 😊

They're quick to take your money but…

They just replied and are shipping the product. I was told they responded to my emails. I just checked again and until today, they did not. Make sure you follow up with phone calls.

My experience thus far...

I can only speak based on my own personal experience thus far.. I have not yet received the veneers, however the process up until this very Point has been unbelievably easy and customer service has been extremely helpful and very quick to respond to any inquiries that I've had! I can't wait to receive my new beautiful Snap-On Smile and hopefully will be able to update this when I do!

I haven’t gotten my product yet

I haven’t gotten my product yet, but it’s in the works. That’s my fault because I had problems doing the impressions had had it not been for them doing a video visit with me and walking me through the process on how to take the impressions right with one of their professionals I wouldn’t have Been able to do it everything was very helpful and I am absolutely looking forward to my shiny smile. I cannot wait.
