Great experience so far! Excellent customer service!

The experience has took a little time but I'm hoping it's worth it, be mindful when doing the impressions I had to do them twice but they were amazing and sent me extra material at no cost to me so far this process has been simple, and they have really good communication.

The BEST option available for veneers, period. Their pricing is very competitive, but beyond that, their customer service skills combined with how frequently they keep in touch with you throughout the process gives you a stress-free experience. With my first imlression kit, I did a video call with a rep to assist and make sure I did them properly. Unfortunately, I had already used some of the material on my own attempts prior to this, and I did not do them properly. So, for only $15 total, they shipped me out a second set of materials, and a few days after I shipped them back, they emailed me and let me know immediately that they were approved! Couldn't he happier with the experience I've had

I did a lot of research before eventually choosing Shiny Smile Veneers and they have far surpassed my expectations. Customer service has been great to work with as my first set cracked. They quickly sent me a new pair as their warranty promised. I would highly recommend this company.

So far so good. The ordering process was amazing. I like the fact that they want to get my Impressions right so they denied one of my Impressions and told me to do them over to ensure a perfect fit. I will update photos once I receive my final version of veneers. Thank you Shiny Smiles
