The whole process of making the molds was very easy, be sure to make multiple molds if you have extra material and send them all back. Just improves the chances that your molds will be accepted. I had an issue receiving my first molds, not the company's fault, shipping in my town is very complicated due to terrible Postal Service policies. But Shiny Smiles representatives were fast to assist me and even sent a replacement kit immediately without receiving the returned to sender first kit back. Very good customer service and very quick to respond to any questions.

This company is one of the best companies I’ve ever worked with! I had a couple issues on my end and they were quick and thorough to help me! With every stress I had they always eased my worries and really helped me every step of the way, no question was too dumb. No matter who you speak with they were super sweet with every interaction, they truly care about you and getting you their product!! I recommend them over any of the competitors!

I thought the mold making process was difficult. The company lets you talk with a specialist on video chat and I was able to make a successful mold. I just am waiting the 3-5 weeks for veneers to be made and delivered
