It took a long time and many impressions to get it right. Even with FaceTime assistance, there wasn’t much guidance. The 2nd gentleman I worked with was excellent. He explained what they look for, and was detailed on what was wrong. After talking with him, I was able to do them on my own first try. Looking forward to finally getting the veneers.

They are quick with responses and very helpful it took two times to get my impressions right but they were helpful. They were quick with shipping. Can't wait to get my veneers.

I have not received my veneers yet my impressions were just approved yesterday but so far it's been great as far as customer service they got back to me in a timely manner with every question I had. The video call to do my impressions was fairly easy and the guy that helped me was very nice and patient. My impressions were approved after the first try which I was very happy about because l've watched a million videos where people say they have to do impressions several times. Now I just wait to get the veneers!!!!! l will update when they arrive!!!

I am so excited that my impressions were finally accepted. Of course I had to do it three times because I was so eager to get them I was rushing and they weren’t coming out correct. However I received fast response each time shipping was fast, customer service etc;. I also scheduled a virtual appointment to get assistance with the molds. The person who did the virtual was not sure if my impressions were correct and sent extra supplies with no charge. I’m just waiting to receive my new veneers now so I can feel confident again. I had researched clip on veneers for a while and this was one of the top sellers.

Absolutely amazing company with great customer service and quality product

So far I'm pleased. The wait time between receiving the impression kit and an appointment for assistance making them was almost 3 weeks. I didn't wait for the video call, I watched the instruction video and made them without assistance. I mailed them back on Thursday and they were approved on Tuesday! I'm excited to receive my new smile!!
