The process has been incredibly easy for me. Taking the teeth imprints was quick and easy. I would suggest following all of the directions that are provided as well as sending in the requested photos of your smile. If you do all of this it is almost impossible to run into a problem that might cause your impressions to be rejected. I would definitely recommend using Shiny Smile.

First off the customer service team and video chat option is awesome. It’s a full error proof system. Granted I feel like everyone messes up the first attempt at the molds, they make it very simple to correct . They’ll provide feedback on what was wrong and what needs correction. Very affordable compared to competition without lacking anything in quality the impressions were an easy process and the veneers are great.

I initially was pleased but within a week, the veneer came apart. I contacted them and they sent a replacement, again 8 days and it broke in the identical place. They say that they will replace twice, however even though I contacted them, they are now saying that I didnt do it in time. Both broke before I made the second payment. Please be aware of their practices
