From my initial order this company has been amazing as far as communication, initiating and responding swiftly and concisely. My impression kit arrived in a a very timely manner, and my finished product arrived half a week early. Very amazing product, no complaints whatsoever, the only feedback I have is that if the lines between the four front teeth could be made a bit darker I think it would make the veneers look more realistic than they already do. Thanks a ton!

I’ve sent multiple follow-up emails regarding more information about my order, but I haven’t received any response. It’s disappointing to be ignored after spending money with a company.

I have had an awesome experience with shiny smile veneers! They really take time to care about their customers, from the impressions, they have videos, and live video chat to help through the process, to getting to check the status of your order. Now I have a great smile, without having to go to the dentist. I went from low self esteem and not smiling, because of broken or missing teeth, to confident again with my brand new smile!

The service crew of Shiny Smiles were friendly and informative. My veneers came in a timely fashion and fit well. I am overall pleased with both the product and service. My only suggestion, if it is possible, would be to fill in the veneers covering missing teeth to avoid them from filling with saliva.
