Overall really good experience with Tops and Bottoms. My original order was cancelled because stock was gone but waited another couple weeks and tried again-fast shipping with no shipping charges (but company should automatically take that fee off at time of purchase- I had to ask for it to be refunded. Joseph was terrific though and followed up with me during both interactions! Also I saved about 25% on the boots versus any other retailer!!! Thanks!

ABSOLUTELY do not buy anything from this store. I purchased Ugg mini boots as a Christmas present . I traveled an hour away to pick them up they were the wrong size. I came back to pick up the correct size and they didn’t have them. I asked for a refund and they wouldn’t refund my money even with the purchase being less than 5 days old. Very shady. Again stay FAR FAR away. This first purchase will definitely be my last

It’s my first time ordering here and the website advertised free shipping over $74.99 in the US. My shipping rate of $9.99 was still calculated with the purchase so I chatted online with the rep Aazan. She responded quickly and helped refund the shipping charge immediately.
