Great Customer Service! Had an issue getting the free shipping to apply during checkout initially - but used the chat feature to inquire and Williams had a quick response with an easy fix! Very grateful for the prompt and attentive customer service offered!

Aazan was very helpful on the chat feature. The shipping wasn’t showing free and he sent me special link to ensure I got the free shipping. Then when I wanted to change the shipping address to accommodate for Christmas gift he was able to do that on the spot.
