The sprayer hose did not fit on any of my 5 faucets, it is of no use to me.

The product was fine - the fit was not. It’s difficult to figure out if underwear is going to be the right size. The quality seemed to be right on.

This rep couldn’t understand what I was telling her was wrong and she gave me a new password thst didn’t work and kept insisting that was it for at least 4 times. She was unable to help me and then just rudely hung up on me This is the same problem I have had since October of 2023

Well your product stinks. You don't know how to design protection because you don't have to use it yourself. I'd be happy to tell you how to produce the best and most popular product on the market. I honestly do not know what happened to this product. The second time I went to put the incontinence under- garment on, I noticed the entire left seam was open. The garment fit me with plenty of room to spare and I had handed washed it so your guess is as good as mine as to why this happened.

Good, quick service. The product is well enough made. The description needs to alert buyers of this blanket support (to take weight off one’s feet at night) doesn’t work well on long beds (queen, king, long singles) unless the buyer is quite tall. My mother used a similar product, and it helped. I’m 6’1” and sleep in a queen size bed, but my feet don’t go down far enough for the blanket lift to do me any good.
