I found the staff especially Heather very friendly and helpful for the test I had performed. My only problem was I had more than one potential Dad and 1 wasn't willing and I couldn't contact anyone from his family. The first test was with a potential "uncle" and the results were "not related" and that was a disappointment. So we had to go another route with genealogy which this company didn't help with. We had to go get an Ancestry kit for that and get a genealogist to do the research. So if you have more than 1 potential father do some research first.

The swabs were easy to do, and the results were back quickly. Took a lot of pressure off the adults involved. Thank You Test Me DNA!

Hands down a wonder experience. The test was set up perfectly, I was worried I would mess something up. Easily shipped off and tracking was already provided. I was in edge the whole few days, refreshing my email for results. I was so happy to get a phone call along with and email of the results. The gentleman on the phone was so incredibly sweet while I was in shock over my results I don't even remember the few words I said to him until I could actually process it.
