All in all - it was an easy process and it was done fairly quickly. The results of my paternity test was not what I was hoping for though but that's not their fault - it's like it can only go one of 2 ways - you are the Father OR you are not the father. I was actually hoping to be the biological father. They did have a 1/2 payment option too that they let me choose to do which was nice and I received all the paperwork just like they said and even talked to me as a person (instead of trying to get me off the phone or something) when I was no doubtfully shaken a bit upon hearing what the results were...so that was very nice.

I was really nervous about getting this test done. But the people at TestMeDNA really made it easy. Great customer service. Amazing follow ups. Thank you guys for putting my mind at ease.

The process was seamless: I spoke to Sarah Haskett ASAP. She explained the process, and I received my kit the next day. I returned the samples on a Monday and got the results Tuesday of the following week. Sarah called and explained the results in plain, very understandable terms. I pretty much had no questions. This is how ALL business transactions should be!!!

When I asked the lady at the front desk if I was at the correct location, she didn't know and could not tell me if i had an appointment there. She was also not sure if they did dna testing there. I guess she was new. The location didn't give me a feeling of cleanliness either. But it worked!
